What warranty do I have with my product?
All Hunter Douglas Blinds products come with a “Lifetime Guarantee” warranty, stating that they will be replaced for any defects or broken parts–for free! However, this excludes the normal wear and tear your product might exhibit over the years. If you aren’t satisfied, call 1-800-789-0331 for a replacement or refund. In order to receive the warranty benefits, you’ll need to register your product with Hunter Douglas. What is PowerGlide, PowerTilt, or PowerRise and which of my Hunter Douglas Products are they compatible with?
PowerRise® with Platinum™ Technology and PowerGlide® with Platinum™ Technology allow you to raise and lower your Omaha window blinds one-by-one with the touch of a button. Whereas Hunter Douglas PowerTilt® with Platinum™ Technology allows you to tilt your blinds, angling the sun out of your eyes, without getting up from your chair! That’s living the dream! What Hunter Douglas products are compatible with the Platinum™ App?
Hunter Douglas Blinds products available through Ambiance Window Coverings that are compatible with the Platinum™ App are all of the PowerRise® 2.1 and PowerGlide® 2.1 systems. The power cable attached to the blind will acknowledge if it’s Platinum™ App compatible or not. The good news is that you don’t need an internet connection in order to use your motorized Omaha Blinds and you can control as many shades as you want with your app! The bad news is Hunter Douglas doesn’t offer an app for Android yet, but they’re working on getting it out to you soon. You can always download the app on all your Apple products, though. It’s free, so try it out today!
