We recently purchased a window covering for our front picture window. The representative Donna Schrader, helped to select a covering that is totally awsome. It fit the decor of our living room to a T, and is very appealing in looks from the curb. She did a wonderful job of selecting a product beyond what we had in mind. Donna Schrader is not my friend. She is not family. I ordered Hunter Douglas® window coverings many years ago and just looked on line and found her business and called her to pick out window coverings for my kitchen. I called her again to pick window coverings for my living room. She first helped me with the details and if asked she gave me her opinion. She measured with perfect accuracy. She is very professional, gave me accurate time lines and was prompt to come when she said she would. She was a breath of fresh air. When we had any complications she would take care of every detail. My windows covering are just perfect and just what I wanted. Thank you Donna for being a great example to all of us.

We were very happy with the blinds and curtains, however during installation one of our current rod brackets was broken. I was willing to pay for a new rod but then found out I needed to pay another installation fee for them to come out again.
