Donna Schrader is not my friend. She is not family. I ordered Hunter Douglas® window coverings many years ago and just looked on line and found her business and called her to pick out window coverings for my kitchen. I called her again to pick window coverings for my living room. She first helped me with the details and if asked she gave me her opinion. She measured with perfect accuracy. She is very professional, gave me accurate time lines and was prompt to come when she said she would. She was a breath of fresh air. When we had any complications she would take care of every detail.
